Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in quality assurance for TikTok’s Live LLM initiatives and assist in building quality systems for large model applications.
  • •Develop tools for the test team across testing phases during AI transformation.
  • •Work on quality and efficiency projects for LLMs, including change control, automated testing, search effectiveness evaluation, and LLM security.
  • •Investigate optimization suggestions for existing quality and efficiency pain points and drive implementation to improve delivery.
  • •Track cutting-edge technologies for large models and AIGC and explore new quality/efficiency solutions for QA scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Internship duration of at least 3 months.
  • •Understand basic software engineering and testing processes, including common testing methods and tools.
  • •Programming foundation with proficiency in at least one language: Python, Go, Java, or C++.
  • •Strong learning ability and innovation awareness; proactive about trying new technologies and solving complex problems.
