Senior Specialist - Oracle HCM HR

Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM, translating HR and human capital requirements into configured system solutions. You’ll gather and document business needs, customize modules (e.g., payroll and recruiting), plan data migration, integrate HCM with other enterprise apps, and troubleshoot technical issues. Lead security, reporting, documentation, and user training while coordinating delivery activities and escalating project development issues.
