Key Responsibilities

•Coach the team by discussing expectations and resolving issues.
•Train new and existing operators, and develop training materials (OPLs, playbooks, job aids).
•Start up, operate, maintain, sanitize, and monitor mixing equipment; complete shut down procedures including CIP.
•Scale ingredients and monitor the mix process flow according to recipe control parameters.
•Maintain computer-related equipment/control panels and perform SAP functions including PSA verification and goods issuing/issue reversal.

Key Requirements

•6+ months of experience working in a production, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
