Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 90-day customer delivery driver trainee programme to become a fully qualified Customer Delivery Technician with a C1 driving licence.
  • •Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, prioritising excellent customer service.
  • •Perform daily vehicle checks, assist with loading, and collaborate with the warehouse team.
  • •Deliver large items and respect customers’ homes while handling unexpected situations to find solutions.
  • •Install products in customers’ homes (including wall-mount TVs and integrated/hard-wired appliances) and stay current on new products and technologies.
