Service Concierge - King of Prussia, PA

Interface with service center clients to deliver a world-class customer experience. Greet customers, answer phones, coordinate and schedule appointments, and manage open service tasks and due bills with timely follow-up. Handle loaner and rental coordination (including rides), generate work order pre-writes and obtain pre-authorization signatures, support vehicle check-in, and maintain accurate records in the system. Assist with facility repair service requests and perform valet duties as needed.
