Laboratory Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital laboratory to ensure accurate, timely diagnostic testing. Manage and supervise laboratory staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with accreditation standards, safety protocols, and quality control. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, manage budgets and inventory, collaborate with healthcare providers on results, and drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and workflow optimization.
