Key Responsibilities

  • •Own data quality standards across CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), including field completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • •Lead deduplication and ongoing hygiene initiatives across contact, lead, and account records.
  • •Diagnose root causes of recurring data quality issues and design scalable fixes.
  • •Map and document how lead and account data flows across systems from capture through enrichment, scoring, routing, and attribution.
  • •Investigate sync failures, latency, and data loss points between systems and drive resolution with technical owners.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, data management, or a closely related field.
