Key Responsibilities

•Own the HR lifecycle for the Lucknow site, covering employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and performance cycles.
•Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs across units to drive consistent HR practices and outcomes at the site.
•Translate InMobi culture into the new location and act as a culture carrier for employees.
•Ensure local labor compliance for UP/Lucknow, including audits, documentation, and vendor coordination.
•Use HR data (attrition, engagement, hiring trends) and dashboards/reporting to inform HR decisions.

•Strong knowledge of UP/Lucknow labor law and statutory compliance, including managing audits and documentation.
