Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop social-first content, including short-form video, graphics, carousels, and animations across platforms.
•Manage social content calendars and coordinate posting cadence with internal teams and marketing campaigns.
•Collaborate with creative, marketing, human resources, and business stakeholders to align social content with messaging and objectives.
•Track and analyze content performance, audience engagement, and channel growth metrics.
•Create templates and prompts to support employee advocacy, and apply audience targeting and customer journey alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
•2–4+ years of experience in a creative or content marketing role with demonstrated multimedia content creation.
•Demonstrated YouTube experience (building, growing, or managing channels) and strong understanding of channel strategy and analytics.
•Strong design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Rush), Canva, and CapCut.
•Experience using social media management and collaboration tools (e.g., Sprout and Wrike) with strong writing/editing skills and a curated portfolio.
