Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready experiences from day one, covering configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment. Develop AI agents, prompt and tool-calling logic, integration patterns, data pipelines (Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks), and KPI dashboards—delivering measurable impact across public sector, nonprofit, and education customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations in production.
•Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end from architecture through deployed, validated, and observable production outcomes.
•Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data modeling and validation.
•Build agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6-10 years for Senior levels) with production systems.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
