Packaging (Electroplating) Account Technologist

Serve as the customer technology expert for electroplating packaging processes, driving business success through install base and new product performance. Own process/application definitions and technology transfer, resolve complex field process issues with systematic troubleshooting, and use statistical DOE methods to identify root causes. Lead customer demos, support account teams, collaborate on customized process development, and present learnings and management-level updates while shaping product and process improvements.
