Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface and ensure client objectives are met through best-in-class cost management.
  • •Lead scope delivery for assigned phases/packages, coordinating with designers, GC/CM, and trade partners.
  • •Develop and update estimates and cost plans through design milestones; validate quantities and scope alignment with GC/CM and design teams.
  • •Support procurement strategy and contract administration, including reviewing pricing and leading/assisting price negotiations.
  • •Manage change orders end-to-end and maintain commitment tracking, contingency management, trend analysis, and risk registers while producing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • •6–7+ years of cost management / project controls experience leading cost deliverables on medium-to-large complex projects.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in estimating, cost planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement, commercial management, contracts, change, and risk (consultancy experience preferred).
  • •RICS accreditation (or working toward it) strongly preferred, with excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
