Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to structural design and delivery from concept through completion for multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, and industry standards while providing technical input.
  • •Coordinate structural design activities, resources, and programme requirements to support project delivery.
  • •Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and support business development activities including bids, proposals, and client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Honours Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • •Master’s degree (Level 9) in Structural or Civil Engineering (advantageous).
  • •Relevant structural engineering experience within the Irish market.
  • •Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is desirable, with willingness to work towards professional chartership.
  • •Membership of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE) and/or the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) is advantageous.
