Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a planned schedule, ensuring work meets required standards.
  • •Measure, cut, and drill components to drawing specifications.
  • •Operate within Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analysis.
  • •Build and assemble pipe work.
  • •Manage inventory including consumables and perform quality control to reject product out of specification.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with industrial bandsaw machinery, pilot drills, and working with metal thickness between 1.6mm and 10.0mm.
  • •Experience working with aluminium and general fabrication and assembly.
  • •TIG & MIG welding experience.
  • •Significant experience working with jigs and fixtures.
  • •Knowledge and hands-on experience measuring and cutting using automated saws is desirable.
