Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate architectural and interior finishes, including flooring, ceilings, walls, millwork, doors, glazing, and specialty finishes.
  • •Review finished samples, mock-ups, and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved design intent.
  • •Maintain consistency of materials, colors, and detailing throughout the facility.
  • •Perform ongoing field inspections to identify workmanship issues early and manage QA/QC activities (punch lists and verification of corrective actions).
  • •Coordinate with the architect, engineering, consultant teams, and the GC to resolve finish-related issues before turnover; support owner acceptance before commissioning and occupancy.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from an accredited 4- or 5-year program.
  • •Within 5 years for the ID PM role.
  • •More than 10 years for the ID SPM role of design experience in architectural firms and/or as an in-house design resource.
  • •LEED, WELL, or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
