Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with internal clients and Platform Specialists to understand complex business/user requirements and program goals.
  • •Translate business requirements into technology terms, algorithms, and programming code for software solutions.
  • •Design and document system requirements and detailed system design documents, including specifications for developers to implement functionality.
  • •Build, test, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; handle deployment and release management across environments and perform proof of concept when required.
  • •Support installation/deployment and troubleshoot integration and test issues, ensuring production support in line with SLAs and performing post-implementation process reviews.
