Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

Design and build backend infrastructure for Adyen’s Core Payments, powering the in-store payment experience at massive global scale. Orchestrate complex payment flows by integrating multiple systems and defining unified architectures for next-generation payment features. Build, test, and deploy high-volume, low-latency Java services, drive scalable architecture and best practices, and use performance KPIs to eliminate bottlenecks while collaborating with product managers and engineers globally.
