Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and govern AI engineering architectures, reference designs, and standards for building and operating AI-native applications.
  • •Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex AI engineering challenges and guide design/implementation decisions.
  • •Embed with strategic customers to understand complex AI challenges and co-design transformational AI solutions.
  • •Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging AI capabilities, including foundation models, agentic frameworks, multi-modal systems, and responsible AI practices.
  • •Mentor and elevate engineering talent by establishing best practices, guardrails, and a culture of technical excellence.

  • •Extensive experience designing and delivering production-grade AI-native applications at enterprise scale.
  • •Ability to define AI engineering reference architectures, standards, and long-term technical roadmaps.
  • •Strong mastery of large language models, RAG architectures, agentic systems, vector databases, and cloud-native AI deployment patterns.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across multiple delivery teams and technology domains.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to align global, cross-functional stakeholders and executives on high-impact decisions.
