Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HSSE advisor for operational leaders on serious, high-potential, and notifiable incidents.
  • •Partner with line management to proactively manage risk and embed safe work practices.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSSE legislation, standards, and policies by translating them into practical solutions.
  • •Implement and maintain HSSE systems aligned with ISO 14001, 45001, and 28000.
  • •Lead incident investigations, regulatory reporting, return-to-work processes, audits, and analyse HSSE data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ HSE/safety advisory experience, ideally in logistics or warehousing.
  • •Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and relevant regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience in incident investigations, audits, risk management, and reporting.
  • •Knowledge of HSE systems and compliance frameworks.
  • •Diploma or degree qualification in Health, Safety & Environment (desirable).
