Own day-2 sustainment for a cross-platform desktop sync engine that streams cloud content on demand and keeps edits synced with conflict resolution. Triage and fix Windows/macOS client issues across sync correctness, crashes, restarts, and network loss. Harden error handling, improve sync status indicators, debug SQLite layer problems, and keep CI/CD running with added coverage as you close post-GA regressions.

Key Responsibilities

•Triage, reproduce, and fix Windows and macOS client bugs related to sync correctness, crashes, and recovery after restarts or network loss.
•Harden error handling in the CloudFileProvider bridging OS file layers and Adobe cloud services.
•Improve sync status indicators, overlays, and progress so users know file states like cloud-only, downloading, pinned, or in conflict.
•Fix sync engine edge cases (listing, placeholder hydration, move/rename/delete handling, and conflicts) under senior guidance.
•Debug SQLite layer issues including database corruption and migration, and handle regression triage and post-GA fixes while keeping CI/CD healthy and updating runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
•2-3 years of working knowledge of C++ with interest in cross-platform, systems-level work.
•Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
•Familiarity with asynchronous, event-driven programming.
•Comfort reading logs, stack traces, and crash reports with a debugging mindset.
