Lead Goodfire’s People function for a fast-growing AI research organization. Own hiring strategy across functions, compensation/leveling/equity philosophy, and the full employee lifecycle from offer through onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding. Build scalable People systems and reinforce a mission-driven culture while partnering with founders and leaders on org design, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development. Hire, develop, and lead the People team and manage sensitive employee relations with judgment and empathy.
