Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone while building and expanding existing and new client relationships. Conduct consultative conversations to assess client needs, offer deposit/credit/retirement solutions, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Support team sales targets, complete teller cross-training as needed, participate in retail leadership routines, and maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
