Infrastructure Supervisor

Lead and supervise infrastructure maintenance and improvement activities at Capcoal Mine’s Lake Lindsay operation. Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and construction works across site infrastructure while ensuring compliance with SOPs, SWIs, permits, and Queensland mining safety legislation. You’ll manage a multi-skilled team and contractors, coordinate with Engineering for design, monitor quality and budget, investigate incidents, and mentor team members to strengthen safety and performance.
