Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximize sales
  • •Assist the Store Manager in efficient and profitable operation of the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • •Provide end-to-end store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager
  • •Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to maximize loyalty and repeat sales
  • •Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager regarding employees and products
