Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and grow a team of Cloud/DevOps engineers; drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • •Own end-to-end operations of the IAM cloud platform across AWS and GCP, ensuring resilience, scalability, performance, and security.
  • •Set governance and design for CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code; implement and maintain tooling such as Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • •Establish observability and SRE practices, manage incident response and on-call/escalation frameworks, and lead end-to-end incident management.
  • •Drive adoption of AIOps to improve MTTR and reliability, partner across engineering/security/customer-facing teams, and represent Cloud Operations in planning and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •People leadership experience coaching and developing technical teams, including hiring, feedback, and performance management.
  • •5+ years deploying and supporting large-scale cloud applications in production.
  • •5+ years in infrastructure automation and DevOps tooling including Terraform, Helm/Ansible, GitLab pipelines, and Python.
  • •Deep production expertise with Kubernetes (K8s/OpenShift) and strong change management for SLA/uptime commitments.
  • •Experience operating at scale on AWS and/or GCP with strong Linux/Windows fundamentals and cloud security best practices.
