Lead the retail sales floor as a brand ambassador, driving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Create and maintain a collaborative, inclusive store environment; analyze sales data to improve performance and guide individualized team development. Support store operations through recruiting, interviewing, training, feedback, and enforcing policies. Provide HR and conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent.
