HVAC/Chiller Manufacturing Test Engineer

Develop, deploy, maintain, and improve water and air-cooled test stand processes for chiller products. Lead a team of test technicians, create test plans and procedures, and drive first-pass yield improvements (including DPU). Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and test-stand enhancements, ensure compliance with AHRI/ASHRAE and safety requirements, and support early launch containment and root-cause corrective actions.
