Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L2/L3 AMS support for Oracle OTM and GTM applications.
  • •Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical production issues.
  • •Perform OTM configurations, enhancements, and minor customizations.
  • •Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests as per SLAs.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support preventive solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and working knowledge of Oracle GTM.
  • •Experience providing L2/L3 AMS support, configurations, enhancements, and minor customizations.
  • •Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical production issues within a 24x7 Global/US client environment.
  • •Strong understanding of ERP integrations (JDE, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud) and middleware (SOA, OSB, OIC).
  • •SQL skills and experience with data migration, data validation, and interface error handling.
