Job Summary

Own the developer strategy for Snowflake’s AI and developer tools, shaping the developer point of view and driving measurable developer adoption. Key Responsibilities

•Own the developer strategy for AI and developer tools, shaping the developer point of view and aligning to an adoption path.
•Produce and review production-quality adoption assets (reference apps, quickstarts, demos, deep-dive guides, talks) and establish reusable quality patterns.
•Lead multi-team launch adoption motions, defining day-0 readiness, success metrics, dependencies, and follow-on adoption work.
•Build durable adoption infrastructure (repos, quickstarts, demos, workshops, field kits, docs patterns, playbooks, discoverability across channels, docs, search, AI assistants, community, partners).
•Manage, coach, and develop a team of Developer Advocates, owning hiring, performance, growth, and career development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,000 - 296,700 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Developer Relations/Advocacy/Experience or a closely related technical field, driving measurable developer adoption.
•5+ years of leadership experience managing or formally leading technical/DevRel teams, with judgment to hire and grow advocates.
•Strong hands-on technical foundation to build and debug demos and explain architecture tradeoffs to builders and partners.
•Working fluency with modern AI development, including how LLMs work, patterns like RAG, and building with LLM APIs or agent frameworks (e.g., Snowflake Cortex, OpenAI, Anthropic, OSS models).
•Solid grounding in data and analytics workflows such as SQL, ELT/ETL, dbt, and orchestration, with empathy for data and engineering teams.
