Job Summary

Own the End User Services (EUS) tower and set the 3-year strategy for a modern digital workplace. Lead an outsourced managed services team to improve operational performance across global patching, image engineering, deployments, and hardware standards. Drive cost optimization and security alignment, govern UEM/MDM platforms and vendor relationships, and improve user experience using DEX monitoring and AIOps/ITSM insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the EUS tower roadmap, defining and executing the 3-year digital workplace strategy including DaaS, VAD, and cloud-native endpoints.
•Lead and hold accountable the outsourced MSP to exceed SLAs, focusing on XLAs, field ticket performance, and resolution quality.
•Oversee global patch management, image engineering (WinOS and MacOS), software deployments, and hardware standards with strict security compliance.
•Own UEM/MDM tooling authority and manage vendor and platform roadmaps for endpoint management solutions.
•Partner with Local IT and Enterprise Security to align delivery and ensure endpoint compliance, while tracking sustainability/green IT goals.

Key Requirements

•Deep, hands-on enterprise experience with Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
•Experience evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.
•Expert knowledge of UEM/MDM and automated deployment tools including Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
•Minimum 3+ years managing large-scale outsourced IT contracts and global MSPs.
•Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (or equivalent experience), plus familiarity with ITIL v4, PMP, and/or advanced Microsoft/Apple certifications.
