Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of a seamless, premium maternity journey from antenatal through postpartum phases.
•Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with a multi-professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
•Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with policies and clinical risk standards.
•Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of nursing interventions per company and legal requirements.
•Facilitate VIP concierge and experience management for a positive patient experience, while supervising and mentoring learners and nursing staff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a Midwifery Diploma.
•Relevant life support training (e.g., NRP, PROMPT) and Advanced CTG.
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care in leading healthcare institutions.
•Minimum 2 years in VIP maternity services in a coordinator or client-facing role.
•Basic Arabic and strong verbal and written communication in English, plus patient safety knowledge.
