Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on F35 aircraft in accordance with authorised technical data and regulatory standards.
  • •Carry out Structures maintenance including production, sheet metal repair, composite/bonded structure repairs, structural modifications, and inspections.
  • •Carry out Mechanical maintenance including hydraulic/pneumatic/environmental systems work, propulsion-related system components, servicing, and fault rectification.
  • •Carry out Avionics maintenance including fault diagnosis and maintenance of avionics, electrical and integrated aircraft systems, and required compliance work.
  • •Ensure compliance with technical publications and certification requirements across assigned trade activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Certificate IV in Aeroskills trade (mandatory) or equivalent.
  • •Be an Australian citizen (mandatory).
  • •Be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate Defence Security Clearance and comply with ITAR requirements.
