Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrange and optimize travel arrangements (positioning plan, accommodation, and transportation) for Wizz Air and external crew within operational windows.
  • •Coordinate hotel accommodation and transportation for crew members based on planned schedules and during operational disruptions.
  • •Maintain liaison communication with crew members and relevant cross-functional departments and logistics teams.
  • •Coordinate with Operation Control, Operations Planning, and Training Planning teams, including mid-term crew logistics teams from all AOCs.
  • •Control and optimize booking request costs by finding the most economical positioning solutions and ensuring accurate cost allocation.

Key Requirements

  • •Any work experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • •Ability to work in shifts (24/7 12-hour shift).
  • •Strong attention to details with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
