Shape the future of OpenCTI, the flagship cyber threat intelligence platform, as part of the OpenCTI Product Team. Own functional specifications from user needs, create mockups and user stories, and partner daily with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product roadmap, prioritize user pain points, and support customer-facing teams to help them leverage OpenCTI features—while contributing to product management methodologies.

•Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points, and support customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Customer Success) in leveraging OpenCTI features.
