Key Responsibilities

  • •Design MEP systems for buildings, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to meet project requirements, codes, and standards.
  • •Prepare CAD drawings, schematics, and specifications for MEP systems with accuracy and compliance.
  • •Coordinate MEP designs with other disciplines (architects, structural engineers) to ensure compatibility and integration.
  • •Select appropriate MEP equipment, components, and materials with an emphasis on efficiency, performance, cost, and sustainability.
  • •Provide construction-phase technical support, including shop drawing reviews, site inspections, and resolution of MEP issues, plus testing, balancing, and commissioning support.

Key Requirements
