Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing RDC team across North America with clear roles and performance expectations
•Own the North America RDC operating model to ensure efficient, scalable campaign execution
•Translate global demand generation strategies into actionable regional plans with balanced standardization and customization
•Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned to regional priorities
•Align RDC output with Sales priorities including pipeline generation, lead management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and BDR teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
•10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology organizations
•Proven experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
•Demonstrated experience working within or leading a Regional Demand Center (RDC) or similar centralized demand model
•Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management and funnel metrics
