Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily production floor inspections, lead safety audits, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations, including ergonomic initiatives.
  • •Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Food Quality plans, training safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and following product specifications.
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances, working with Operations Managers/Supervisors to improve workflows and equipment use to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • •Direct and guide hourly production employees, lead monthly line meetings, and conduct daily production floor walkthroughs aligned on safety, quality, and goals.
  • •Analyze product performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain quality standards.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, mentoring less experienced staff or managing a process or project.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills, with analytical and math abilities to solve complex process issues.
  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees to achieve peak performance and foster a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
  • •Adaptable to fast-paced conditions (heat and cold) and willing to work long hours and weekends when needed.
