Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume full responsibility as Design Manager within general planning.
  • •Interdisciplinary overall coordination and control across disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, deadlines, and contractual services.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, typically with cross-office or international teams (remote work).
  • •Proactively manage decision processes and collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other specialists; pitch and negotiate offers.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •20 years of professional experience starting after your master’s/diploma, including at least 6 years in LPH 3–4 and 6 years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and executing planning projects of varying size and complexity in Germany and, ideally, internationally.
  • •Experience leading a planning team and in project management.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements; interest in digital construction processes and planning methods.
