•Deliver superior client experience by training staff on client journey principles, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
•Maximize business opportunities via efficient sales floor management and proactive client base expansion.
•Ensure product care and strict compliance with policies and procedures, while coordinating on category performance and visual merchandising.
