Job Summary

Support the Financial Solutions organization by delivering client-facing data conversion and implementation services for payment processing solutions. Partner with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders to analyze, map, validate, and convert client data onto Fiserv platforms. Lead conversion activities across planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and validate deliverables to ensure accurate, compliant onboarding and migration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead data conversion and implementation activities for client onboarding and portfolio migration projects, including planning, validation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
•Gather business and technical requirements with clients and internal teams, define conversion scope, document dependencies, and align delivery milestones.
•Develop mapping specifications by analyzing source data to enable accurate conversion of client portfolios to Fiserv processing platforms.
•Coordinate conversion work across systems, testing, issue resolution, balancing, and production readiness to support successful outcomes.
•Validate conversion outputs, reports, data files, and deliverables; troubleshoot conversion/production issues and maintain documentation, status reporting, and risk tracking.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess impacts, identify risks, and support solution delivery.
