Restaurant Supervisor

Oversee daily front-of-house shift operations to ensure smooth dining room service, high-quality food presentation, and strong guest satisfaction. Resolve customer issues quickly, monitor service speed and table turnover, and support opening/closing procedures including cash handling. Lead and train servers, hosts, and bussers by assigning stations, providing real-time coaching, and covering floor positions when needed. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance, manage inventory, and handle timecards and staffing needs.
