Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned international countries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
  • •Serve as the primary payroll partner for international employees and resolve complex payroll inquiries.
  • •Partner with external payroll providers to validate inputs/outputs, reconcile variances, manage funding timelines, and meet reporting deadlines.
  • •Reconcile payroll data between Workday and third-party systems, drive resolution of discrepancies, and support payroll funding, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities.
  • •Monitor compliance with country-specific payroll legislation and lead audits, quality assurance reviews, and process improvements to improve accuracy and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of progressive payroll experience with ownership of multi-country payrolls across regions.
  • •Experience independently managing international payroll operations across multiple countries and payroll providers.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM and payroll integrations, with experience using cloud-based payroll platforms.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of international payroll compliance, including tax, statutory deductions, social contributions, and data privacy requirements.
