Key Responsibilities

•Fully own Oral Healthcare strategy for the Great China Region, including local-for-local and global-for-local product roadmaps and related enablement.
•Lead GTM strategy development for innovation and new product introductions, grounded in consumer/shopper insights, and drive end-to-end marketing from concept to market communication.
•Define and manage a robust 3-year innovation roadmap, including portfolio phase-in/phase-out planning to optimize growth and resources.
•Steer the Product Development Launch and Maintenance process from ideation through market introduction and communication.
•Coach and develop the innovation marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive local innovation capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record, preferably an MBA.
•At least 10 years of experience in an international business environment in the field of innovation marketing or product management; at least 5 years’ experience in product development marketing.
•Experience with product development and product launches; translating market research and shopper insights into product concepts and new propositions.
•Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with the ability to work with multiple and diverse cultures in a complex matrix organization.
•Strong analytical skills, project management capability, and experience leading and developing teams (minimum 3 years).
