Job Summary

Own and continuously improve core backend modules for a self-custody Web3 wallet, covering address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, confirmation, gas/nonce handling, and transaction-state tracking. Build multi-chain scenarios across EVM, Tron, and Solana, integrate new chains and asset standards, and ensure stable operation through monitoring, incident investigation, and systemic fixes. Drive delivery, raise engineering quality, and use AI coding tools responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and improve core wallet backend modules: address management, asset sync, transaction construction, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas estimation, nonce management, and transaction-state tracking.
•Implement transaction and on-chain interaction flows (transfers, approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, signature-request handling) and diagnose issues like stuck/duplicate/stale states.
•Support multi-chain and new-chain integration (EVM/Tron/Solana plus new chains, L2 networks, and asset standards) covering integration differences and operational concerns.
•Ensure stable operation via monitoring/alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, retries/compensation, data reconciliation, and incident root-cause fixes.
•Coordinate across teams to drive projects to delivery and continuously improve engineering quality through design discussions, code reviews, optimization, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of Java backend experience with strong JVM and concurrency fundamentals, including collections, thread pools, and network communication; proficient with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud and/or MyBatis.
•Experience designing and owning module/service architecture for complex or high-concurrency systems, including idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, and rate limiting.
•Demonstrated judgment on ambiguous problems: identify root cause, choose solutions based on user value, stability, cost, and security rather than adding complexity.
•Ability to independently own a module/project end to end (design through development, testing, and launch), proactively managing dependencies and risks.
•Wallet/blockchain experience with transaction lifecycle concepts (keys, signing, nonce/gas, confirmation), and familiarity with at least one of EVM, Tron, or Solana and token standards like ERC-20/TRC-20.
