Job Summary

Director of Commercialization leading the go-to-market efforts for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement products and platforms in North America. You will drive sales enablement, craft customer-centric value narratives, develop content and tools for client engagements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue for CA&E solutions including Mastercard Commerce Media, Marketing Services, Loyalty and Personalization.

•Drive Growth: Support the expansion of the CA&E business across North America by aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs
•Sales Plays: Partner with Sales, Product Management and other teams to gather segment and customer needs and insights, and translate them into sales enablement deliverables including proposals and RFPs
•Tailor Customer and Segment Narratives: Customize product messaging for diverse customer segments and needs
•Enablement Materials: Collaborate with teams across to produce compelling sales tools, training materials, resources and content
•Presentations: Create and deliver engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Salary: USD 187,000 - 318,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or equivalent experience
