Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive regional growth by strengthening customer relationships, increasing revenue opportunities, and positioning Eaton for business expansion.
  • •Promote and deliver Eaton’s Project Operations solutions portfolio across the region.
  • •Provide operational leadership for a regional project portfolio (volumes up to $50M), ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and successful execution.
  • •Manage day-to-day regional operations, including resource allocation, staffing, sales and marketing activities, budgets, orders, revenue, and margin performance.
  • •Develop project schedules and financial forecasts; lead project governance through operational and financial reviews while building and coaching a high-performing project management organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in field sales, project management/engineering, product management, or construction.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the listed Eaton offices (Deerfield Beach, Smyrna, Morrisville, Raleigh, Louisville, or Nashville).
  • •Requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license and successful completion of required background and drug screenings.
