Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
•Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals and connect them to Bankers for the next step.
•Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions/concerns while following all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
•Ensure compliance with state and local laws and regulations in all transactions and interactions.
•Support branch team and contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication and service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 25.48 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School degree or GED.
•Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
•Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.

•Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals and able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
