You will manage pre-construction planning, budgeting, design coordination, on-site construction, procurement, cost tracking, and close-out, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and financial targets are met.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Create and establish the Master Project Schedule based on the Critical Path and key milestones; support establishment of the project budget and contract negotiations.
•Coordinate Design Team activities and ensure municipal and AHJ demands are met; coordinate constructability reviews.
•Manage GC and other directly contracted vendors with the onsite Construction Management team; ensure QA/QC and EHS compliance.
•Lead procurement activities and coordinate all owner-furnished contractor-installed equipment; track project financials including change orders and cash flow.
•Initiate close-out processes prior to project completion, establish close-out documentation requirements, and manage final invoices and payments.
