Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition, improvement, and implementation of a sourcing strategy for a Green Capex sub-category across Airbus divisions and geographies.
  • •Guide execution of the green energy transformation strategy, supporting customers while driving Airbus decarbonisation approaches.
  • •Perform international, cross-divisional collaboration, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting.
  • •Negotiate, establish, implement, and regularly review transnational and trans-divisional contracts for the category strategy.
  • •Manage contracts and day-to-day supplier relationships, optimizing customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in an Engineering/Business school or in Energy, Sustainability, or Facility Management related fields.

  • •Negotiation-level English and ideally another Airbus core language (German, French, Spanish).
