Key Responsibilities

  • •Rig up and down SWT equipment on work locations to maintain control and processing of wellbore fluids during well testing operations.
  • •Provide planning for jobs including rig site surveys, equipment setup, well site direction, and customer-related support activities.
  • •Perform quality control of well test data, monitor instruments, and conduct calculations to ensure data quality; provide basic customer reports.
  • •Mentor and train lower level personnel in SWT expertise and become a dedicated assessor for junior SWT personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of SWT experience and successful completion of company tests or task guideline requirements.
  • •Meet the minimum competency requirements for Service Specialist II – SWT and be able to perform all SWT jobs in the local area.
  • •Ability to interpret P&ID drawings and navigate data books, performing QA tasks related to SWT equipment and operations.
  • •Ability to pressure test equipment safely and demonstrate safe working knowledge with hand tools.
  • •Ability to become a Test Tool Assessor and complete cross-training to Specialist I level across at least three PSL/sub-PSL (or be qualified for field service quality/HMS audits).
